Is Pakistan riding on this match to qualify, group B fairly tight.Same with the Windies and India match.

i don't think pakistan were really relying on this match to qualify. They would have most probably lost this one quite comfortably. The only thing was that had they by any chance won this then qualifying for QF would have become easy for them. A loss would have made the ireland match a must win.

With this washout the ireland match still stays a knockout game for pakistan. So perhaps they are marginally worse off.

On the flip side if Ireland get to 6 points and pakistan get to 7 (somehow then pakistan go through.

Forecast isn't great, but it's not a guaranteed washout, showers are meant to be clearing in the evening. Fingers crossed.

I expect Pakistan to win this with a scoreline of roughly 390 plays 365 because Eden Park is really small.

Metservice is now saying showers are forecast to be getting worse in the evening, only moderate showers are predicted but if its consistent then it doesn't look good
