France v Belgium

In fairness, Carrasco hadn't exactly demonstrated that he deserved a place.
Fair but at least we know he has another level to step up to. Chadli has never been any good, except at finishing, which he won’t do at RWB.

It’s an understandable decision to start like that but he surely should’ve changed something when it became obvious every attack was falling into a Chadli-shaped black hole. Getting Mertens on for him at 0-1 would’ve given them a lot more quality and pinned Matuidi back.

Don't you remember the way those ****s acted in our final group game in 2006? **** them and the horse they rode in on.
Yeah, but remember how England supporters act on the odd occasion they win something? They’re unbearable. How good will mass online angst from Corrin et al be?

Does anyone remember how England supporters act when we win something?

It was stupid how they stuck with him delivering corners for so long as well, seemed like a good portion of them were cleared at the near post

The more I've reflected the more I'm impressed with France. It was a very Italian 'do what you need to do and no more' performance.
