New coaching methods

Rather than playing matches in lead up to a tournament, I decided to get coaching for first time in about 35 years just to hit balls

First half of session 1: tennis net laid on a good length

The thinking is that net will cause ball to deviate from line and speed

Second half: tennis net plus rocks on pitch

Speed was barely mediums

2nd session: same as first but balls hit at me with a tennis racquet so much quicker and way more swing

3rd session is next week

Same as week 2 but with a curved piece of marble in the middle of the tennis net

It’s way more useful facing this stuff than a bowling machine

Would you like trying a new training bowling tool? Smart ball provides you ultimate view of the bowling technique
sensor is injected into the cricket ball, you can track ball velocity, rotation rate and see landing zone.
