The ironic thing is not enough power in the game has an anti-cricket effect. The only two sixes that were hit in this match - one should have been caught and got tipped over. The other was a good hit relatively speaking and still only just went over the rope straight (if it was off straight it's a catch).

There's no virtue in bowling quickly because it just enables otherwise powerless players to be capable of hitting boundaries.

In summary it is a bit naff.

The concept of 'hit the ball where the fielders aren't' seems to be as lacking in our women's team as our men's.

Gets boring after a while, that. Have they considered multiball?

91% seems a bit much, these Windies can hit itdown the order. King and Dottin particularly.

Blimey - bit of a change - I do spout some bollocks at times
It was an odd start it has to be admitted, but the Windies do really seem to have more power than a lot of teams in this tournament, so keeping wickets intact maybe not a bad thing.

Wow Hayley Matthews, just turned 18 and this is an innings to be proud of for anyone, 50 up.

Hate to jinx her but Taylor has really looked ice-cool in this chase, Matthews took the risks, but she's been the steadying influence, true captains knock.
