No thanks. County cricket and principles first, I think.

That and I had the worst T20 summer imaginable at Chelmsford last time out.

Still room for one more then. After that teams may be full.

On another note, looking for people willing to manage the various franchises. First come, first serve. If there's enough interest and commitment, it'd be an additional aspect of the IPL in CWLand. Of course you'd be assuming the persona of the actual coach. (eg Kepler Wessels if you choose Chennai).

Who's in?

Bangalore Royal Challengers - Venkatesh Prasad = Dan R.
Chennai Super Kings - Kepler Wessels = Simon
Delhi Daredevils - Greg Shipperd = Kev
Hyderabad - Robin Singh
Kolkata Knight Riders - John Buchanan
Mohali - Tom Moody = Trav
Rajasthan Royals - Shane Warne = Dan S.

11 overseas players (including CW players) could be interesting giving everyone a fair crack...

Domestic Twenty20 stats, if a player has more than 10 Twenty20s to his name. If not, I adjust List-A stats. I won't say exactly by how much, but batting average and bowling SR drop. Economy goes up.

DA Kearsley - US$100,000 (Rajasthan)
KR Clapham - US$200,000 (Mumbai)
G Sriram - US$250,000 (Mohali)
MW DeSilva - US$300,000 (Rajasthan)
CR Dwyer - US$100,000 (Hyderabad)
