New drinking game.

Anyone who has seen the new Narnia movie will hopefully get this.

Drink a bottle/pint of beer everytime someone shouts "Run!"
Dink half everytime Mr Beaver reasures Mrs Beaver she looks fine
Drink two bottles/pints when ever the Witch is on screen, hopefully by the end she'll look good.

Oh sorry I just couldn't resist saying that. Am yet to see the movie though, is it worth seeing?

Its ok, the amount of times people shout "RUN" gets bloody iritating.

If rabid dogs are chasing you isnt it pretty obvious you should run and hide?

Rather expensive drinking game then...

It wasn't exactly a cinematic masterpiece, but it was mildly amusing at least. The main problem for me (apart from it being a Disney piece) was that it tried to condense too much into too little, so the storyline was barely coherent. I would normally at this point insert a spiel about the movie being an unfaithful adaptation of the books, but it's been so long since I've read them that it didn't make much difference to me.

The point is you need that much.

Im afraid your new drinking game has been turned down by the academy.
I have to admit I have seen much better games but I am young and I will learn. One day I will make a drinking game worthy of George Best. God rest his soul.

I think there ought to be an international cricket drinking game along the lines of everyone has to have a beer every time one of the following doesn't happen....

Geraint Jones drops a catch
His most regal left-handedness gets dropped from the squad
Inzy gets run out/runs someone else out
Glenn McGrath's action is compared to Murali's
Harmison fires one down the leg side
Ricky Ponting blunders from a captaincy point of view
His most regal left-handedness gets reinstated to the squad
Someone says the words 'all-rounder' and 'Styris' in the same breath
Shane Warne drops the Ashes
Shoaib Akhtar bowls a beamer
Billy Bowden invents a new signal
Tino Best fails to break the windows
The ICC maes a statement about Zimbabwe without banning them
Bangladesh lose
Shane Warne calls any South African-born player "Darryl"

I want to give up drinking

What no Brett Lee? Too excessive?

I prefer playing Peter Plumley-Walker* - where you replace the Roman numerals I, V, and X with Peter, Plumley and Walker, and go round in a circle counting upwards. Everytime someone makes a mistake, they have to drink and you start again.

*Probably only older NZ posters will know who Peter Plumley-Walker is.

He's only done that twice in 214 innings though.

Isn't the point of a drinking game to get people drunk with a digital camera at hand?
