LOL what a scare.. they got upto around 485 in 2nd innings.. i have to blame Neil 23 -0- 75-0 :P a.k.a Robert Croft or Tuffers... might live the similar fate :P

muralia returns from injury.. but he still cant stop India who are going really well to start of the championship.. the bookies reckon they might make it to the finals..

In a post match interview Rich2001 was heard as saying that he knew the tour was a bad one and that he thanked the selectors for even keeping faith with him, and was espically pleased to show that faith with two top inngs of 89 and 79 to get into some much needed form ahead of the tougher games to come. :)

If you are a budding bowler, I suggest you cover your eyes.

Interesting stats in the series...

* All bowlers combined for 355 wickets at an average of 41.49 in the series with just 9 five-wicket hauls, an economy of 3.24 and a SR of 76.59.

* 7 of the top 10 wicket-takers were spin bowlers.

* Spinners took 177 of the 355 wickets to fall with an average of 37.47, 5 five-wicket hauls, an economy of 3.25 and a SR of 69.21.

* Seamers averaged 45.31 with a SR of 83.92.

* At least one batsman on each team and seven (7) in total crossed 500 runs in the series.

* There were 24 centuries scored among 13 batsmen.
