Not really, TOI comments section seems unmoderated. The Hindu by contrast has a decent comments section. It isn't full of filth.

yeah.. not surprising given TOI is a tabloid and The Hindu, as much as it has gone down the drain, still tries to remain a newspaper, at least "on paper"
