The Pakistan attack of last night was not the best in the world. I can't belive they left out Saqlain. He has always given the Aussies trouble. Without him the attack looks less balanced.

Ponting backs Symonds as the middle order rock. I am not sure that his attacking play renders to such a position. I mean he is effectively Steve Waugh's replacement there at number 6. And yes Saqlain should have been there, that sixth bowler + razzaq cost Pakistan dearly

Saqlain's absence from the game was indeed a major surprise, and also mistake.

How can anyone really trust Afridi with 10 overs?
