For some reason DirectX 9.0c doesn't want to install. I've downloaded it numerous times from various sites and it's always exactly the same installer and stuff so it's nothing to do with that. But basically I open it, then let it download (well I already have it downloaded now) and then run the setup. When I run the setup it comes up with an error message saying:

'A cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted'.

Can anyone help? I have my Anti-Virus turned off and stuff...
