****. Not a bright prospect to look forward to for Proteas fans . SL at Sydney is tough. If SL bat first then its game over.Yeah no matter how the groups finish SL plays their QF in Sydney

definitely, but i was thinking more along the lines of west indies, england etcYou'd still have to play damn well to beat teams like Pakistan and SL to make it, can't see this as a problem tbh
Hopefully McCullum can win a few tosses so we can bat 1st ( i think he's only won one - put Scotland in) in the whole tournament - SL put us in in game 1Number of teams depending on batting first in order to win is just sad reflection of how this tournament has gone.
In fairness, England did also beat Afghanistan in addition to Scotland, so "Exceeds Expectations" I guess?England's first priority should be to avoid finishing bottom of their group behind Scotland, not thinking of who they would "like" to face in the quarters. Of course everyone in the other group would "love" to have England. They certainly aren't going any further than that that's for sure.
you've flipped.SA to win it all - you heard it here first.
My head says SA but my heart says NZ.you've flipped.
Think you've said that any time a team beats SL.
