Well done the Kiwis. Playing fine cricket. Wouldn't be too worried about the economy rates, side chasing that many has no choice but to throw wood. Fantastic from Guptill. Any double ton inside 50 overs is something to savour.

3 Kiwis in the top 10 wicket takers this WC. 4 Kiwis in the top 15.

Keep in mind that makes it harder for the next bloke to take a lot too.

A lot of short memories in here.

Don't think West Indies came to bat with a plan. They were just hitting out everything. If they had planned with smaller targets at different stages of the game, they'd have had an outside chance.

Yeah in a game like that all the bowlers will have high economy rates even if they roll the opposition for 20 because the chasing side has no choice.

West Indies had to play like it was a T20, they did and it came off a bit better than you'd expect. Still a thumping win for the BCs. Seeing Vettori go for three sixes in a row was something bizarre.

Actually the whole match was bizarre.

Obviously some great batting, beautiful pitch, fast outfield, etc but geez there were a lot of pies bowled today

I would've been tempted to give Boult MOTM as virtually every other bowler from both sides was utter rubbish

It's a Kiwi fan in-joke aimed to provoke the member Howsie who called out Kyle Mills as old and rubbish to wave the flag for Boult to be in the starting XI ahead of him.

He definitely won on the Boult call but we still enjoy poking fun at him with affectionate memories of Ol Man River (Mills)
