I like the original the most, then probably Buckley's.

Incidentally, Rufus has done a handful of Cohen covers. I saw him do a tribute show thing with a bunch of other people like Beth Orton and Nick Cave. Rufus' version of the song Everybody Knows is absolutely awesome. Far better than his version of Hallelujah, IMO. Highly recommended if you can find it anywhere.
