Queensland houses are designed to keep the heat out so when it gets cold they freeze. All the Victorians who come up here complain that the Queensland winter is colder than the Victorian winter because of it.

I'm definitely soft in the cold. Give me 80% humidity and 33 degree heat any day over this miserable weather.
