That will mean that there were only three wide balls bowled. Either a couple went for two, or one went for three.

Or as often happens with scorecards from places like this that the scorecard sent was incomplete in which case it becomes a choice of does one publish it as is or try and work out the errors. Once the umpires have signed off on a card, it is after all official, so generally one goes with what is sent - slightly skewed information is after all better than none at all and working out the errors could easily compound the problem.
