Look at this this.

(Its all English cash)

Would you rather have 1 p a day for 33 days with the amount doubling each day or £1000 8 hours a day for 33 days?

Well look at this, if you start at 1 pence, this is what you get.

(I made this using spreadsheets)

1

2

4

6

12

24

48

96

1.90

2.80

5.60

11.20

22.40

44.80

89.60

(ROUGH CALCULATIONS FROM HERE ON IN)

£178

350

700

1,400

2,800

5,600

11,200

22,400

44,800

89,600

178,000

350,000

700,000

1,400,000

2,800,000

And if we add one more we get....

£5,600,000

5 MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND AND A LOAD OF NUMBERS AFTER THAT.

So always ask your employers for that.

Good, init?

The population grows just like that.

With pride in our hearts, we play it together,
And we live for the crack of willow on leather,
We're the Spitfires, and this is our time

Typo, but proves I did it.:)

Its exprential growth (Cant spell) the population grows like that, 3 people a second.

I made a mistake in there, yes, but it only made the number smaller.
