Hansiegate versus Spot fixing

Which event left you feeling more depressed for the state of the game?

I was a kid when Hansie came to light (or to the dark side).. But I remember being really affected by his plane crash. Something about there not really being any closure to the whole affair because of his death..

This whole debacle looks set to run and run.. Will never forget it

Buttgate has left me more depressed as i was hoping it had all been eradicated.Clearly i was foolish to have hoped that about the sport i love but am now disenchanted with.Thank god the ashes is coming up as neither side will give an inch in that one.

Thus far the spot fixing thing because the parties in question have made no indications that they're attempting to fix the problem.

Both were very damaging. Fixing balls < fixing matches though, so Hansiegate is probably worse.

spotfixing has been a horror to me ofcourse since I am a Pakistani and its sad to see a potential world class career getting destroyed even before he hit 20.Buttgate has been more like a scarymovie flick.
