This is the thread containing all the information on the players who are not at a team in the game and their clubs are willing to let them go. Your bid MUST meet the value their club is asking for and, if it does meet that value, then you can offer them a contract. A player will not move clubs unless they are offered ATLEAST the salary they are on at their current club. If more than one team bids for a player and meets the required transfer value, then the player will move to the team with the highest bid at the end of the mid-season window. If teams bids are equal at the end of the mid-season window then the player will move to the club in the higher league position. If a team meets all the requirements for the player to move and lodges a bid at (for example!) 11:00AM, then other team's only have until 11AM the following day to bid. If no other team bids for a player within 24 hours, then the player will automatically move to the team with the bid (assuming the requirements are met).
The mid-season window ends a week on Wednesday at midnight Australian time (10/8/05, 11:59PM AEST).
