As a young and upcoming cricketer who has performed very well at club level and is looking forward to the development league, I would love more representation to the first class players who arent internationals yet (like me

The first thing that must be tended to is electing a president and then a representative, and I'm sure Neil/Marc/Blewy will get to this ASAP.
