Loved what you did with the tofu here man.
Try it out bro, it's really quick and easy.

just crumble some tofu between your fingers, add some mild curry powder (or anything with turmeric for the colour, but I like curry powder for more flavour), plenty of garlic powder, and fry with a little oil for like 2 mins. Add parsley/chives/dill to taste. If you really want the egg-y flavour I've heard that black salt gives it that sulphury aroma. 100% less likely to get salmonella.
