Sucks to see all this effort will eventually fall well short. If only they'd kept them to 340-350, it'd have been a thrilling end to proceedings.

If they hadn't been **** in the field and slightly less **** at the death they would've been in a winnable position now. Grr.

Hopefully he gets his hundred. I guess Bangladesh's only hope is to not let the NRR completely go to **** and if they manage to beat India, Pakistan and Afghanistan to make 11 points. It seems the top 4 teams will all end with more than 11 though.

Bangladesh will be disappointed by they certainly weren't rolled over. They've improved steadily. Good knock by Mush.

Carey has been better with the bat in this tournament than ever before. Wade was probably a better selection three months ago but now that the tournament is underway Wade isn't needed.

Fourth and fifth bowlers going for a combined rate of sevens plus is really worrying. Zampa must be close to getting rissoled for Lyon, and it must be tempting to play a fourth bowler and ditch Stoinis.

Having said that, the batting is coming together pretty well now. All of the top four have made good contributions and Maxwell is in nick. Carey can boss it at the death. Again, the concern is Stoinis who biffed a few today but who is pretty much incapable of rotating the strike when he needs to bat for any sort of time. Am genuinely sour on the bloke atm. Do something, ****.

Didn’t see his second spell, but NCN’s first few overs were the best I’ve seen him bowl for a long time.

That 48 runs was lost in the field and with some real loose bowling all innings. BD could have won this. Sigh.

Not a bad chase by Bangladesh, overs 35-45 kinda killed them. Would've been interesting otherwise.

That's probably the Top 4 done unless something strange happens.

Not Terrible
What killed them was having to chase 380. They could've brought down 350 which is a fairly remarkable feat.

At the next WC in India, Bangers are going to run deep if Shakib, Rahim and Tamim are all still trucking along,
