If left for circa 8 months: a decent amount.

We're getting take out now instead.

Gotta be charcoal, IMHO. Gas powered BBQs defeat the object; one's essentially just cooking outside rather than barbecuing.

Using smoking chips has been a revelation in my BBQ exploits.
