A lot of these stats would be influenced by the mediocrity around him in the second half of his career except I guess Chanderpaul. But Lara was still ****ing great.

I think the real greatness of Lara was that when he was playing games were still considered "in balance" simply because he was there inspite of how much the other 10 sucked. And you see that post Lara, with someone like Chanderpaul the commentators or media were just waiting for the inevitable. It kinda transcends numbers for me, but these stats do help paint some of the picture of his greatness.
