The espresso tonic is the safe choice imo. Sufficiently different to normal cocktails to justify splashing the cash without looking like you're taking the piss because it's on someone else's AmEx. Also looks like it could just be a cold brew coffee.

The devil in the detail looks very interesting - I'd definitely order it if I was buying and had the cash - but I'm not sure whether the alpha bit is owning how pink it is, or having the balls to get your boss to pay for it.
