Her problem was with who wrote it and who delivered it rather than its content. If Anning and Howard hadn't bailed on her party and he delivered the exact same speech under the PHON banner she'd be defending it (albeit probably calling them idiots behind the scenes for going with "final solution").

Annings speech was evidently taken out of context by sections of the media according to Bolt.
