Not just that but if it has been there a while why wasn't it spotted sooner?
For all the sports science and doctors/ back room staff in the England set up the management of injuries has been awful over the last year. Same applies to Jimmy and his calf injury.

Commentators openly wondering why RSA are having to be so cautious for their 6th wicket. They have a man with a single-figure average in at 8. That'll be why then.

Edit: Holding, who five minutes ago was criticising Miller and Phehlukwayo for not pushing on and playing their shots, is now criticising Phehlukwayo for playing a sweep and getting out.

He actually has a single figure average in every format at both international and domestic level, too.
